You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Be returned in the original packaging.
Include proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt).
Returns may not be accepted if:
The item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.
The return request is made beyond the 30-day window.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Shipping & Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Kxjiale cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and a valid tracking number is necessary to confirm delivery to our facility.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item is defective.
The item is damaged upon arrival.
The wrong item was received.
As an international business, return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status.
Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Payment Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time to post the funds.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team for assistance.
