We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

To offer a wide range of products, Kxjiale works with a global logistics and fulfillment network. Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped directly from our international partner facilities.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 business days (processing + shipping).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on location, carrier operations, and external factors.

  • Any free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only unless otherwise stated.

All orders include tracking information. Tracking details are typically available within 24–48 hours after shipment and can be used to monitor delivery progress via the carrier’s website.
